Planning Underway for Key Event - August 2005

Conservation Week, 4 August 2005, Celebrity Debate and Wilderness Auction.

This Debate and Wilderness Auction will raise money for island restoration in the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park. As such it is aimed at all Aucklanders who value their recreational time and access to the many beautiful islands in the Gulf. Tables of ten are available at $1,500 + GST.

The event is supported by the Department of Conservation and our deputy chairman; Mayor of Auckland Dick Hubbard will officiate on the night.
